We All Make Mistakes

In the world of network marketing, we all make mistakes and so will you. The question is will you let those mistakes stop you OR will you continue in spite of?

Check out this video and maybe it’ll answer some questions for you.

“Success seems to be connected with action.

Successful people keep moving. They make mistakes, but they don’t quit.”
-Conrad Hilton

“Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new.”
-Albert Einstein

“All men make mistakes, but only wise men learn from their mistakes.”
-Winston Churchill

“Take chances, make mistakes. That’s how you grow. Pain nourishes your courage. You have to fail in order to practice being brave.”
-Mary Tyler Moore

“If you don’t make mistakes, you don’t make anything.”
-Proverb

“The only real mistake is the one from which we learn nothing.”
-John Powell

Please leave me a comment and tell me how you handle mistakes. Do you let them get the best of you or do you overcome them?

To YOUR Success,

Rodney

LOL I LOVED it Rodney! Thanks so much for this – love your approach for our allowing our mistakes and keep on going – I love the quotes too, have almost all of them in my collection and will be adding a couple more, thanks! And here’s a few more for ya-

“While one person hesitates because he feels inferior, the other is busy making mistakes and becoming superior”. Henry C Link

“The successful man will profit from his mistakes and try again in a different way.” – Dale Carnegie

“I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.” – Thomas A. Edison

And also thanks encouraging me to keep some of those videos I keep tossing out! :D )

Wishing You Every Happiness and Success!

    Hello Rodney!
Ahh yes, making mistakes is just part of our everyday existence. It definitely builds resiliency in us and makes us stronger. Along with making mistakes, it is also easy to NOT do things because we think we might look silly. Or, we are afraid to be controversial. Love the video!
    Sincerely,
    Susanna Fera

  • Hey Vicki,

I’m glad you loved it. I really like that quote by Henry C. Link. I’m going to steal it if you don’t mind. :-)

  • Hello Tara,

I made this with you in mind because I know you make mistakes all the time (just like me and everyone else out there trying). :-)
Seriously, I’m glad you enjoyed it.

  • Hey Susanna,

You are so right, making mistakes is a part of our everyday existence especially if we are expecting to grow. And as far as looking silly, I have 3 kids that talk about me all the time so looking silly is the norm for me.

  • Darlene says:

    Hey Rodney!

Very important and timely message! Thanks for the reminder! :-)

    All the Best,
    Darlene
P.S. The beginning of your video made for a good chuckle…

@Susanna “it is also easy to NOT do things because we think we might look silly” << dare I say you definitely highlighted one of my daily fears.

  • Hey there Darlene,

Always willing to give someone a good chuckle at my own expense. :-) Enjoy the rest of your day!

  • Eileen Stanton says:

Hi Rodney, You have proven that you are a true member of the human race.
I have yet to meet the perfect human being. We might not like them if they did exist.

  • Oh Eileen that is so true because I know some people who think they are perfect.

    Thanks for the comment!

  • Evelyn says:

Fabulous advice, Rodney! Keep it moving forward. ;-)

  • Thanks Evelyn,

The only direction I move in now a days is forward. :-)

  • Kisa Puckett says:

I ABSOLUTELY loved it!! You are so entertaining and very magnetic. Definitely made me chuckle. Funny that you mention this particular thing because the first video I did I re-recorded more times than I could even count! It was a little different looking into a webcam eyeball for 5 min straight as if you were speaking directly to someone :o ) I enjoy it though and enjoyed your video. Keep pressing forward!

  • Wow! Thanks Kisa. I really appreciate the compliment.

I had fun making the video and believe it or not, I would rather be behind the scenes than in front of the camera but I think my alter ego would have something to say about that. :-)

  • Beatrice says:

    Hi Rodney,
I love this video, you had me going there…

Thank you for your message, Yes we all do make mistakes..

    Regards
    Beatrice

  • I was laughing sooo hard!!! It made me want to go watch all the mess ups that I have on my camera still! Great Video! Thanks so much!

    Ashley

  • Hello Beatrice,

Yes we all make mistakes so we should just get used to it and keep on keepin’ on.

  • Hey Ashley,

Thanks for the comment. Now go look at your camera and laugh at yourself and enjoy your day. :-)

  • Hi Rodney!

Thanks for sharing your video with me today…I really appreciate it.

KUDO’s my friend, you couldn’t have put on a better demonstration, you nailed it to the wall!! Video is definitely my next step…I hope that my 1st one lays out as well as yours.

Have a pleasant day…your tribal friend Steven Suchar :)

  • Hey Steven,

I’m sure your video will be great. Just have fun with it and be yourself.

  • Rodney you’re absolutely right…all of us make mistakes. I know I have made more than I care to remember. And I will probably make more. But the great point you made it that we should not let mistakes keep us from moving forward. A mistake is an opportunity to get better!

    keep press on Rodney!

    Talk later

    -James

  • You said it James. A mistake is an opportunity to get better and learn more so let’s take action, make those mistakes and continue to grow.

  • Rodney,
    Thanks for keeping it real!
    Very inspiring!

    Richrd

  • Thanks Richard,

No one’s perfect so we all need to accept it, learn from our mistakes and move on.
