Team W2 vs. Team 1099

Whose team are you playing on? Who are the undisputed champions? Who are the money makers? Team 1099 is by far the best team to be on. They are the big dogs on the block. When they bark, they make money.

Now some of you don’t have a clue as to what I’m talking about so here it is. Are you an employee (W2) or are you a business owner (1099)? You see these are the federal documents used to determine how much income was earned through employment. When you work for someone else, you are a part of Team W2. When you work for yourself, you are a part of Team 1099. For the sake of this blog post, when I refer to Team 1099 I’m referring to someone who is a network marketer.

When you are a part of Team W2 you have restrictions in your lifestyle. Oh yeah, the big boss man may have promised you some great perks like a free parking space or the opportunity to work overtime or maybe a large office with a window but it is not worth it because there are a number of limitations to being a part of Team W2. And as I like to put it, if you are on Team W2 you’re a SLAVE.

Let’s compare Team W2 vs. Team 1099:

1. Control over your salary.

On Team W2 you get what they want to pay you. That’s it! You might have the opportunity to work overtime but your salary still has limits because there are only 24 hours in a day. Those on Team 1099 dictate their salary based on their productivity. If they want a raise then they can get one by them and their team being more productive.

2. Control of your time.

If you’re on Team W2 you’re sometimes told you have to work evenings or weekends. You have to be there when the boss wants you there regardless of you personal schedule. Team 1099 members dictate their own schedule. They attend all of their children’s field trips and other family activities without the boss signing off on a leave slip.

3. There is no job security anymore.

That point is self explanatory. Team W2 players are being laid off EVERYDAY. Companies are closing their doors at a record pace so anything is possible. It’s so bad teachers are being furloughed or fired. Team 1099 people are their own bosses so no one can fire them.

4. Your teammates suck.

Have you ever said, “Man I hate working with Jim.”? With Team W2 you don’ t ge

t to pick your teammates. You have to work with them and make it a productive, profitable situation even though they’re rude, loud, ignorant and always trying to set you up because they want your job. Team 1099 folks love their teammates. That’s because they are all like you. They all work to help each other and they’re business minded folks who are hard workers who want to succeed. They don’t make excuses, they make things happen.

5. Traveling to work is stressful.

How many times have you had to travel in the rain, sleet, snow or blazing heat to get to work? When you work with Team W2 you’re expected to be in the office regardless of what the weather conditions are. And let’s not forget about the hours upon hours of sitting in traffic dealing with road rage, road construction, car troubles, and so much more. Team 1099 folks work from home. They do have to go out occasionally but it’s always on their terms. If they want to sleep late, it’s not a problem because they set their schedule up the way they want it and avoid all of the rush hour madness.

6. Taxes are paid differently.

Team W2 people are taxed at a ridiculously high rate. And the more you earn, the higher your tax rate. Team 1099 people get tax breaks because they’re able to write off a number of items they use on a regular basis for their business. I’m not a tax expert so I don’t want to give you any advice so do your research or talk to a tax advisor and you’ll be amazed at what could be considered a tax write off.

I can go on and on about the ugliness of working for Team W2 but I think you get the point. Team 1099 are CHAMPIONS!

If you’re destined to be a winner, join Team 1099 NOW and start your network marketing business. The benefits and perks are far greater than you can imagine!
