LegalShield Member Story of the Day

“I would just like to tell you ‘I love this BENEFIT!’

Earlier this year we refinanced our home. Prior to closing, we discovered [the mortgage company] did not apply bi-weekly payments toward the principal balance as we instructed. Consequently, our payoff amount was higher.

I called the mortgage company and requested a readjustment and they informed me that the account was closed and we would probably owe money if they performed an audit.

I called my LegalShield attorney. After hearing my circumstances [she] advised me to file a complaint with the Attorney General of the resident state of the mortgage company. She also sent a letter on our behalf to the mortgage company and the Attorney General.

Later, I received a call on my cell phone from the mortgage company. The representative told me they had reviewed our account and found that we had indeed overpaid and they would be issuing us a refund check that very day.

Immediately I called my husband, Kevin, to let him know and he said he had something to tell me.

Kevin had an issue with [a computer manufacturer] regarding the repair of his laptop. [They] were charging more for repairs than he was quoted prior to the repair. We made several request for an itemization of charges and finally a manager agreed to fax one to us. We called LegalShield because we still had not received the itemization. The attorney wrote a letter to [the manufacturer] on our behalf. After a couple of days, a representative called and told us we had to pay and authorize them to repair the laptop or they would send it back un-repaired. Because he uses the laptop for business and it had already been over a week, Kevin paid for the repair.

Kevin told me he had just received a call from [the computer manufacturer] stating they were going to reverse the charges. The total refund from the day alone was over $800!

Thank you so much for providing affordable, professional legal services and making it so easy to share my story.”

Now how many or us would have called an attorney at $200, $300 or $400 an hour to get these issues resolved? NONE OF US! It would not have made financial sense. With the LegalShield membership everyday people now have the legal muscle to make sure their rights are enforced because if you don’t know you’re rights, you don’t have any.

If you want more information on our membership and how it can save you money, please email me at gainous@legalshield.com and I’ll take care of you.

Here is a LegalShield Member Story of the Day.

“Dear [Provider Firm]

To begin, I must apologize for my tardiness in writing this thank you. Last year at this time, I was almost in fear of losing in excess of $17,000 on an Internet company that misrepresented itself to me and through hard sell and my desire to believe their tale of riches, I invested – within weeks I was in over my head.

I contacted LegalShield and my case was assigned to an ANGEL. [My provider attorney]. She was on my side, from day one. She had the knowledge I needed to respond to this fraud, the compassion to recognize my plight and calm my fears, and the tenacity of a pit bull who never backed up an inch – she attacked from day one and in the end I received everything I had hoped to and all but a few monthly payments were returned to me.

[My provider attorney] was exemplary. She returned EVERY phone call and fax question I sent. In today’s business world, that is far from the norm. At least a half dozen return calls to my cell phone were after normal business hours. That was a blessing. When she had information or questions for me, she would call at 6 or 7 p.m. the same day as I contacted her. To me, this is ABOVE AND BEYOND anything I might have expected from a company I had only enrolled in less than four months prior. She was always polite, friendly, professional and concerned. She exuded her honest concern with every conversation.

I cannot recommend her anymore highly than to say – I would trust her and request her to handle any legal matter I may incur in the future. You have a real GEM on your staff in [my provider attorney].

Please recognize her for her work. I tell everyone who even mentions their legal problem to me of LegalShield and [my provider attorney]. They are one and the same!

An extremely satisfied customer.”

This is just one example of how the LegalShield membership is providing equal justice for all. Being able to pay for legal service to protect your rights should not be an issue. EVERYONE should have their rights protected under law.

The question is are your rights protected? If you have a question and need some legal advice, who do you call? Do you call anyone or do you try to handle it yourself? The choice is yours to protect you and your family.

To YOUR Success,

P.S. If you want information on how the LegalShield membership works or if you’re interested in our business opportunity and want more information. Send me an email with your request to gainous@legalshield.com with More Information in the subject line.

Just yesterday I had the opportunity to listen in on a testimony from someone who used the LegalShield membership. This lady was in the process of getting involved with someone else in a business venture and she and the other person had the contracts drawn up and it was time to sign on the dotted line.

Most of us would have read over the contract thoroughly a few times and then after thinking that we were clear on the matter, we would have signed it. Not really knowing all of the intricate details of the deal that was in the contract, we would have trusted that this opportunity would have worked out to our benefit.

Well this lady did the smart thing. She did what the wealthy do. Before signing her name and making a business commitment, she had her attorney’s review the contracts. She got a copy of the contract and faxed it over to her LegalShield law firm and a business attorney reviewed the contract for her word for word and in two days called her to discuss the details. During this conversation the attorney was able to give this lady the pros and cons of signing the contract. This lady was able to go into this deal knowing exactly what she was getting into without any surprises in the future.

The lady had PEACE OF MIND knowing that she was not going to get herself into a bad situation from signing a bad deal. Oh, and did I mention that the lady was an attorney.

Now if she was an attorney why would she have another attorney review the contract? Couldn’t she do it herself?

She said the reason she had another attorney do it was because she is not capable of practicing every area of law. She had to find an expert in that area to suit her needs. She’s also not licensed to practice law anywhere she wants. And the best thing I like about what she said was that if she had gone to the phone book and found attorney to provide the services she received, it would have cost her $800! But because she was a LegalShield member she didn’t have to pay a penny out of pocket. Now that is what you call a value added service.

I spoke to a gentleman, who is a doctor, about what we do and how the service could help him and he replied, “My wife is a lawyer.” Now I know he thinks he’s okay because his wife is a lawyer but based on his rationale, because he is a doctor, he shouldn’t need any medical insurance right? He should be able to take care of all of the family’s medical needs. Now that sounds ridiculous but that is what people think. My wife is a lawyer, my cousin is a lawyer, my college roommate is a lawyer,…

If you have a real conversation with you lawyer family and friends they’ll tell you they are tired of always getting calls for the hook up. They’ll tell you that they practice law to earn their pay and when you call for legal services that takes away from what they have to do.

Just like a doctor can’t do it all, neither can a family or friend who is a lawyer. Why not put yourself in a position where you have access to law firms all over theUnited StatesandCanadafor one low monthly fee. Don’t wait for something to happen before you make the decision. Get your LegalShield membership NOW!

Now if you know anything about the late great Jim Rohn or have heard any of his CD’s or tapes, you should be familiar with the phrase, “Profits Are Better Than Wages” because he mentions it a lot.

Now some people probably think that profits and wages are the same. I mean it’s all about getting more money isn’t it? As long as the paper is coming in, I don’t care what you call it. Profits, wages, bucks, dead presidents, moolah, greenbacks, duckets, scratch, dough, Benjamin, C-note, clams, cheese, cheddar, lettuce or bacon. Okay, I’m hungry now.

Well there is a difference.

Let’s look at the definition for each one.

Wages-a payment usually of money for labor or services usually according to contract and on an hourly, daily, or piecework basis.

Profits-a valuable return; the excess of returns over expenditure in a transaction or series of transactions; the compensation accruing to entrepreneurs for the assumption of risk in business enterprise as distinguished from wages or rent.

There are some distinctions in these definitions that I would like to point out that is crucial to determining the difference between profits and wages.

Let’s take a look at Wages. What sticks out in this definition for me immediately is the word labor. Now I know nothing in life is free and we have to work if we want to eat but when I read this definition I have visions of not just labor, but HARD labor. You know the type of work that is stressful, back braking and physically hard.

The next part of that definition that gets my attention is on an hourly, daily, or piecework basis. The way I see it is if you put in a certain amount of time, you will get back a certain amount of money and nothing more. Now that’s how we’re all raised to believe but wouldn’t it be nice if we could minimize the amount of time we put in BUT increase the amount of money we make? That is the world of network marketing.

Now let’s look at Profits. In this definition there are so many things that appeal to me, the first being value. When something is of value it is looked upon as great worth. Next there’s excess of returns. Who doesn’t want excess when it comes to our returns. Every business person wants the maximum amount of return for their efforts.

The next two phrases are entrepreneurs and business enterprises. Let’s face it. If you are a business owner or interested in starting a successful business, you now have the mindset of an entrepreneur so anything that is associated with business ownership or building an enterprise is a good thing.

As an entrepreneur you do what you do because you love it but also because you want to make a profit and you want to create wealth. If you’re not in it to make any money then I question your sanity. Seriously. Let’s be real, if we want to create wealth for our family and provide a financial freedom we need to earn profits. Earning wages is good for paying our bills but we all want more than that. We want to be able to dream and then make those dreams a reality and the only way to do that is to get those profits.

So let’s stop settling for mediocrity and go for the gold.

Whose team are you playing on? Who are the undisputed champions? Who are the money makers? Team 1099 is by far the best team to be on. They are the big dogs on the block. When they bark, they make money.

Now some of you don’t have a clue as to what I’m talking about so here it is. Are you an employee (W2) or are you a business owner (1099)? You see these are the federal documents used to determine how much income was earned through employment. When you work for someone else, you are a part of Team W2. When you work for yourself, you are a part of Team 1099. For the sake of this blog post, when I refer to Team 1099 I’m referring to someone who is a network marketer.

When you are a part of Team W2 you have restrictions in your lifestyle. Oh yeah, the big boss man may have promised you some great perks like a free parking space or the opportunity to work overtime or maybe a large office with a window but it is not worth it because there are a number of limitations to being a part of Team W2. And as I like to put it, if you are on Team W2 you’re a SLAVE.

Let’s compare Team W2 vs. Team 1099:

1. Control over your salary.

On Team W2 you get what they want to pay you. That’s it! You might have the opportunity to work overtime but your salary still has limits because there are only 24 hours in a day. Those on Team 1099 dictate their salary based on their productivity. If they want a raise then they can get one by them and their team being more productive.

2. Control of your time.

If you’re on Team W2 you’re sometimes told you have to work evenings or weekends. You have to be there when the boss wants you there regardless of you personal schedule. Team 1099 members dictate their own schedule. They attend all of their children’s field trips and other family activities without the boss signing off on a leave slip.

3. There is no job security anymore.

That point is self explanatory. Team W2 players are being laid off EVERYDAY. Companies are closing their doors at a record pace so anything is possible. It’s so bad teachers are being furloughed or fired. Team 1099 people are their own bosses so no one can fire them.

4. Your teammates suck.

Have you ever said, “Man I hate working with Jim.”? With Team W2 you don’ t ge

nixoderm

t to pick your teammates. You have to work with them and make it a productive, profitable situation even though they’re rude, loud, ignorant and always trying to set you up because they want your job. Team 1099 folks love their teammates. That’s because they are all like you. They all work to help each other and they’re business minded folks who are hard workers who want to succeed. They don’t make excuses, they make things happen.

5. Traveling to work is stressful.

How many times have you had to travel in the rain, sleet, snow or blazing heat to get to work? When you work with Team W2 you’re expected to be in the office regardless of what the weather conditions are. And let’s not forget about the hours upon hours of sitting in traffic dealing with road rage, road construction, car troubles, and so much more. Team 1099 folks work from home. They do have to go out occasionally but it’s always on their terms. If they want to sleep late, it’s not a problem because they set their schedule up the way they want it and avoid all of the rush hour madness.

6. Taxes are paid differently.

Team W2 people are taxed at a ridiculously high rate. And the more you earn, the higher your tax rate. Team 1099 people get tax breaks because they’re able to write off a number of items they use on a regular basis for their business. I’m not a tax expert so I don’t want to give you any advice so do your research or talk to a tax advisor and you’ll be amazed at what could be considered a tax write off.

I can go on and on about the ugliness of working for Team W2 but I think you get the point. Team 1099 are CHAMPIONS!

If you’re destined to be a winner, join Team 1099 NOW and start your network marketing business. The benefits and perks are far greater than you can imagine!
